    Position Overview 

    We are seeking a highly qualified ECVD or ACVD Diplomate, a veterinarian who has completed a dermatology residency, or a nationally certified veterinary dermatologist to lead our Dermatology Department. 

    The position can be filled full-time or part-time, depending on the candidate’s preferences. 

    The ideal candidate combines clinical excellence with a passion for teaching and is motivated to help develop the next generation of dermatology-focused veterinarians. 

    Key Responsibilities 

    • Lead the Dermatology Department and ensure high medical and organizational standards 
    • Perform advanced dermatological diagnostics and treatments 
    • Collaborate closely with other specialist departments 
    • Mentor and train veterinarians with an interest in dermatology 
    • Contribute to clinical protocol development and quality assurance 
    • Participate in continuing education and, if desired, research activities 

     

    Requirements 

    • ECVD/ACVD Diplomate or completed dermatology residency or national specialization in veterinary dermatology 
    • Strong clinical expertise and enthusiasm for dermatology 
    • Motivation to teach and support professional development 
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills 
    • Basic knowledge of German 
    • Eligibility to work in the EU
